Do I need software?

No. VideoLive Conferencing is 100% web-based. There is no software for you or your guests to download, install, or configure so anyone, anywhere can attend your meeting.

Will It Interfere or Cause Problems on My Network?

Because it's 100% web-based, it's impossible for it to interfere with your network in any way.

How do I get pricing?

Simple. Just click on the package page and there is clear pricing for each package you can choose from. There are no hidden fees and you pay-as-you-go on a monthly basis. And if you're not completely satisfied - just cancel any time - no hard feelings!

What if I don't have a webcam?

No problem. You only need a webcam if you want to be seen. But with every package there are (2) 12.0 megapixel webcams included (a $78 value alone).

Is it difficult to use and host a meeting?

Absolutely not. It only takes 4 clicks of the mouse to set up a meeting. Then you send out an automatic email invitation and they have an easy direct link to your meeting. Simple enough for a 5th grader!

What about audio - is there a separate fee for that?

No - it's automatically included.

Will VideoLive Conferences work with a wireless air card?

Yes!

Is there a recommended resolution setting for the best desktop share presentation?

Yes. The Presenter should set there computer resolution to 1280 X 800.  We have designed the program for the best out put at this setting.  This is for your Guests to view your Desktop at the perfect resolution.
